Well, I’ll admit that it’s been a slow week and I haven’t quite found my motivation yet – although I have taken a few baby sets in (hopefully) the right direction.
Judging by last nights chocolate biscuit heist my snacking
is definitely out of control – however I think I can probably link this to not
drinking enough water during the day at work. When I got home boy was I thirsty
and promptly went on a binge– the problem is that I had ran out of squash at
work and I find the water here tastes kind of off and when you look at the
surface of it it looks kinda gunky.
Maybe time to invest in a water filter?
I had also promised myself that I would start the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG) programme yesterday but despite my legs aching horrifically and
my fuel band blinking at me repeatedly I just couldn’t quite lift myself off
the sofa to do so.
Even worse – I’m starting to sleep in later and later
despite going to bed at around the same time every night (11pm-ish) and it’s a
real struggle getting up in the mornings.

My motivation and self control really is at an all time low so I think it’s time to bite the bullet and start trying to build it up – bit by bit.
